Absolute Value Management offers compliant, secure, appraisal management that consistently meets clients' high-quality standards and deadlines. The Management Team at Absolute Value works diligently to translate client needs and requirements into protocols and solutions that the entire AVM operational group works to execute. The end results are quality, accurate, compliant reports, delivered on time.

Effectively bridging appraiser/client communications is our priority throughout the appraisal management process. Our management structure and appraiser-ownership model uniquely position us to work cohesively with clients and appraisers to troubleshoot location/assigning challenges; communicate value concerns; and guide appraisers regarding property-related questions and procedural best practices. Auto-generated emails simply aren't our thing. 

With close to 3,000 appraisers spread throughout the East Coast, geographic expertise is our standard. We have built solid relationships with the appraisers on our panel, based on mutual respect and by offering support to appraisers at every phase of the appraisal process. Because of these relationships, approximately 96% of orders placed are assigned and accepted the day we receive them.

To monitor compliance and ensure we meet client turn-around needs, each file is updated every day by a client-dedicated Client/Vendor Support Specialist who works directly with that client’s dedicated Client & Vendor Relations Manager. This Client & Vendor Relations Manager responds to all daily communications pertaining to a particular file that fall outside the scope of standard daily status updates.

Our business model is based on valued relationships among our staff, with our clients and with our appraisers. This model is the key to getting orders assigned to the best-qualified appraisers and keeping those orders moving toward on-time delivery of reports. Our clearly defined operational procedures are built on communication, problem-solving and ensuring our clients have access to current, timely assignment details 24/7 while appraisers have the support, and access to the knowledge base, of career appraisal industry mentors.
