How do I become a client?

Start with your locations, assignment needs, and questions. Talk with AVM first, or use Client registration when you are ready to provide company and ordering-contact details.

AVM supports appraisal management in California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont. Contact the team with the county, property type, and assignment requirements to discuss availability.

Where can I access my orders?

Use the Client portal to access your AVM orders. For a question about an assignment, include the order reference when you contact the team.
